Il montaggio del led deve essere effettuato tramite saldatura con aria calda.
Prestare attenzione alla regolazione della temperatura del saldatore ed ai tempi di esposizione all'aria calda sul led in quanto valori troppo elevati di entrambi i parametri potrebbero danneggiare sia il led che la scheda rendendoli inutilizzabili permanentemente.
